Today, a majority of the church is not seeking after or working in the supernatural. We don't hear of visions for the church or prophecy. Most churches are not experiencing healing or miracles. Who in the church can say they have stretched for the hand and cast out a demon or healed an autistic child. What has to happen with faith that we put away our sins that we take pleasure in. We claim God's grace, but where is the deliverance from our sins done in secret? Where is the revival of the church God loves? Now the Lord has placed in my heart and shown me the coming of a great revival. The Pharisees knew the scriptures of their day just as the church teaches His word today. The Pharisees had no need for the prophecies, healing, miracles or the revival they were witnessing as a result of Jesus Christ. Who can deny that history repeats itself. And worse than the church denying His power, she justifies her position in her own mind. Raising the children as she sees fit. But she does not see that the children are sickly. But today the Lord gives us a measure of revival in our bondage. There is a vision for the church and the days of Noah have returned. Now take the time to pray that the Lord guide your understanding and that no one deceive you and open your eyes that you see His spiritual things. And I also pray these things for all of you, in Jesus name, Amen.
20 For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power. 21 What do you want? Shall I come to you with a rod, or in love and a spirit of gentleness?
On April 8th of 2007 or Easter Sunday, the Lord open my eyes to a supernatural set of events. He showed me a vision in the sky and a more physical experience of what appeared to be a great resurrection of those who had fallen asleep. Its been nine years since the events of that day. From the very beginning I knew I was to write of the events. But there was a problem, I am not a writer and have a limited education. I hold no degree or diploma of any type. Knowing that the Lord wanted me to write I took on the task and thought I had completed "Death is swallowed up in victory" a few years ago. I still believe my first attempt at this book told the story but I had no idea that the Lord would continue to teach me what the events of that day would mean for the Church and the great revival that's coming.
In this book I will take you on the journey the Lord took me. If it were not for the journey the Lord took me on through the Word of God I could not have understood the events or vision of that day.
In no way do I think of myself as special. In fact I'm quite the opposite a sinner in the true sense of the word. I know I received the gift of salvation and was born again on Easter Sunday of 2007. But prior to that my life was a wreck. I was a liar, cheat, I had stolen things, I was sexually immoral, I had taken drugs, my family had given up me and I had given up on myself and the list goes on. Had it not been for Jesus Christ there's no telling where I'd be today. The people in my life that I loved had no use for me. But by the Grace of God and our Lord Jesus Christ, I write to you the things He has shown me.
A few days after the vision my fiancée who has now become my wife asked me why I thought God had done this. I wanted to say that I believed in the days of the bible God showed people visions in the sky. But out of my mouth I said, "In the days of Ezra". She looked at me and said, "Who's Ezra?" Now I did not know who Ezra was, but the word slipped from my mouth and I did not have a bible in the house. So I went online and was amazed to see the book of Ezra in the old testament of the Holy Bible. From that day forward I have always believed the Lord would guide my understanding.
I have said that I believe a great revival is coming to the church and that idea comes from the Lord. For in the days of Ezra the people came out of captivity and began to rebuild the temple. I submit to you that we are also in captivity, held in the captivity of our sins. We are also weak and malnourished not feeding on the whole Word of God. Just as the people separated themselves from the world and its ways in days of Ezra, the Lord is giving us a measure of revival in our bondage by sharing information with us that we have forgotten so that we might also separate ourselves from the world. And God no longer lives in man made temples but He dwells in His Children. And He well begin the process of rebuilding His temple found in us. In the Days of Ezra the people of God separated themselves from the people of the world and there was a great revival and turning back to the ways of God. We all know that the Lord desires that we also separate ourselves from the ways of this world and turn to Him. The information found in the word of God the Lord led me to caused a revival in me. It was not the vision or events of Easter Sunday 2007 that caused the revival in my own life, It was the word of God that explained the vision and events of that day. Some will say that what I share with you is new but I submit to you these things are not necessarily new but forgotten. If you will trust the word of God and pray the Lord will guide your understanding.
I have heard some and you may say, "What is it the we have forgotten concerning our faith in Jesus Christ"? And I say that there is a prophecy in the word of God that says we will be made to remember. It also says those who remember God will spare as a man who spareth is own son. DO you not know the bible speaks of a great mystery we will come to understand. Are these words not important? Should the Lord come and His prophecy not be fulfilled? Surely not.
16 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.
17 And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.
18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.
I see that many do not realize that this scripture is also a prophecy pointing to the rapture. Can you see that what we are made to remember causes a revived discerning spirit within the believer. And God says He will spare them which is our hope when we are caught up in the rapture. That we will be spared from what is coming upon the earth.
Before I share with you all I saw that day I would like to ask you a few questions concerning scripture. Now I would not have known to ask the questions had the Lord not shared the context. The events of April 8th 2007 included information concerning the manner believers are carried to heaven. My first question is, does the bible say or imply that the way believers are carried to heaven is important? Most people I have asked have said "no" to this question? But I tell you that it was very important according to Elijah. In 2 Kings 2. Elijah says he is about to be taken to Heaven and he asks Elisha if there is anything he can do before he is taken. Elisha says he would like a double portion of Elijah's spirit. Elijah explains that this is a hard thing that his friend had asked but if he saw the manner in which the Lord carried Him to heaven he would receive the double portion of the spirit he was seeking. If he did not see the manner he would not receive the gift. I submit to you that Elisha was looking for a revival of sorts in his own life. He wanted the same spirit that was in Elijah that loved, trusted and followed God. If it was important that Elisha understood the manner we are carried to heaven, is it important that you understand the manner we are carried to heaven?
2 Kings 2
9 And it came to pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon me.
10 And he said, Thou hast asked a hard thing: nevertheless, if thou see me when I am taken from thee, it shall be so unto thee; but if not, it shall not be so.
11 And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven.
12 And Elisha saw it, and he cried, My father, my father, the chariot of Israel, and the horsemen thereof. And he saw him no more: and he took hold of his own clothes, and rent them in two pieces.
Now I say to you, that I could not see the importance of this scripture without the context the Lord has shared with me. Elijah is saying that unless you see the manner I am carried to heaven so that you can understand you can not have this revived spirit that is in me. Now the Word of God says blessed are those who believe and have not seen, and I say to you with the Word of God, faith can see. We did not see Moses part the Red Sea or Noah lifted up on the waters in the ark and spared from what came upon the earth or Elijah carried to heaven in a chariot, yet faith sees and we believe.
Also in Acts 1 9-11 the two angels who stand by in white apparel say that Jesus would return in the same Manner that He was carried to heaven. This should not be overlooked. The angels did not merely say that He would return one day. They said He would return in a particular manner. I submit to you that understanding the manner that Jesus went to heaven was just as important to the apostles spiritual life as was the manner Elijah was carried to heaven to Elisha's spiritual life. Just as the people of the world laughed at Noah for building an ark that lifted him up from the earth. So also will Gods children be laughed at for believing we will be lifted in the rapture and carried to heaven in same manner the angels said we were to look for Jesus' return.
9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.
The angels did not simply say that He would come back one day, but also to look for or understand the manner.
I've also heard many quote the scripture in Matthew 24:37. They say that the ends days will be like it was in the days of Noah, people will be eating drinking and marrying. But we forget the rest of this scripture that also points to the rapture and the manner that God spares us. The scripture goes on to say that these things continued until "Noah entered the ark". And in our days things will also continue until the day we are caught up in the air and in the clouds and carried to heaven. The saving of Noah and his family from what came upon the earth when he was lifted up on the waters in the ark is a picture of what we are to expect. The ark speaks to the manner or vessel in which God spares His children and carries them to Heaven.
37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark,
39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Now Elijah is carried to heaven in a chariot. Noah is lifted from the earth on the waters in the ark and the two angles said that Jesus would return in the same manner He was carried to heaven.
Remember the question? Does the bible say or imply that the manner we are carried to heaven is important? In Matthew 13: 47-52, The parable of the drag net, Jesus speaks of the end of the age and what happens to the Good and the wicked. Just as Noah and his family were saved in a vessel or the ark, Jesus speaks of the good being gathered to a vessel in this parable.
47 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto a net, that was cast into the sea, and gathered of every kind:
48 Which, when it was full, they drew to shore, and sat down, and gathered the good into vessels, but cast the bad away.
49 So shall it be at the end of the world: the angels shall come forth, and sever the wicked from among the just,
50 And shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.
51 Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord.
52 Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
Can you not see the similarities to the days of Noah? The good at the end of the age are gathered in a vessel, just like it was in the days of Noah and carried to heaven. Jesus goes on to say, "have you understood all these things?" In both Matthew 13 and 24 Jesus is speaking of the catching away of believers or the rapture at the end of the age. In both scriptures He references the manner or vessel in which we are carried to heaven.
Now from what very little I knew of the scriptures prior to this experience, I knew I had never heard anything about a vessel that went between heaven and earth. But the Lord pointed out these scriptures you have just read and Acts 10. In Acts 10 Peter is hungry and God lets down a vessel from heaven carrying animals for food. This was done three times and the bible says the vessel was taken back up to heaven.
11 And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending upon him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth:
12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.
13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat.
14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean.
15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common.
16 This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
So does the bible say or imply that there is a vessel that goes between heaven and earth? Does the bible say or imply the manner we are carried to heaven is important to the believers spiritual life? I am certain all who are willing to pray for understanding and search the scriptures will find the answer to be "YES".
As I have said I had a limited knowledge of what the bible said prior to April 8th of 2007. And I knew I had never heard anything related to a vessel of God that carried anything to heaven. But what I saw on Easter Sunday of 2007 appeared to be a vessel clothed in the light of the sun. Now I must also tell you that my faith is required of me and I did see what appeared to be a great resurrection of those who had fallen asleep headed toward the ocean to this vessel clothed in the light of the sun.
My next question is, What vessel has God designed to carry life? No one I have asked gave me an answer. Remember that God does things naturally or per His nature. He doesn't build airplanes or ships. Again I ask this question because as a part of the events that God showed me, there appeared to be a vessel clothed in the light of the sun that spirits were being gathered to. And I had never heard anyone speak to or teach on this subject. But again the Lord walked me through the bible so that I might understand.
In the third chapter of the gospel of John, Nicodemus states to Jesus that they knew He was from God. Jesus in turn says, "Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God". Nicodemus takes what Jesus says literally, as he should have. He looks at the natural aspect of being born again and cannot comprehend how this could be possible to enter his mothers womb for a second time. What the Lord showed me in this scripture is that He never corrected Nicodemus. But He continued to teach about Gods natural way. In this scripture He goes on to teach about the spirit and ascension to heaven. Now I know that there is an element to being born again in this life. I am truly born again. But Jesus also speaks to the spiritual manner in which we are carried to heaven. Its also important to note that Jesus referenced the information as being forgotten when He said, "How is it that you are the teacher of Israel and do not know these things"? We are born again when we accept Jesus Christ and His death on the cross as our personal gift of salvation. But Jesus had not died on the cross when He asked Nicodemus why he did not understand this aspect to entering the Kingdom of heaven. So Jesus expected Nicodemus to understand the born again aspect to the ascension or manner we are carried to heaven because He had not shed His blood on the cross as of yet. Please read John 3 and I pray you see that Jesus is also speaking to the manner we are carried to heaven.
The New Birth
3 There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. 2 This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
4 Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
5 Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
9 Nicodemus answered and said to Him, “How can these things be?”
10 Jesus answered and said to him, “Are you the teacher of Israel, and do not know these things? 11 Most assuredly, I say to you, We speak what We know and testify what We have seen, and you do not receive Our witness. 12 If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? 13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.[a] 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but[b] have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
After reading this scripture I also hope that you can see that Nicodemus was thinking of a vessel aspect when he referenced his mothers womb. Did not God design the woman? And does she not carry life to term in the womb. Our fathers seed enters our mothers egg that carries life to term in the womb and Nicodemus knew that Jesus was speaking to this image of birth in this life as the way we get to heaven.
So to answer the question, What type vessel has God designed to carry life. He designed the perfect vessel to protect life before it is born into this world. The egg. If God is the same yesterday, today and forever is it hard to believe that what He showed me appeared to be a vessel clothed in the light of the sun, supernatural in nature and in His design. We believe heaven exists and if so, what manner does the bible say we are carried to heaven. It should be harder for a Christian to believe that it would happen any other way than what we already know of God. He never changes.
When God first showed me this vessel of light I knew there were spirits within the vessel but I did not recognize its shape. Not long after the events I was outside praying and asking the Lord what was this thing, a ball of light that spirits ascend to heaven in? I looked down and on the grass He had placed a beautiful speckled bird egg between my feet. And He made it possible and I went and looked again and it was not a ball of light it was an egg shaped vessel clothed in the light of the sun! I was amazed at how simple this was. This is Gods way. We are truly reborn into the kingdom of heaven.
With this imagery of an egg shaped vessel clothed in the light of the sun, I went online to see if I could find anything in the historical record. There was no question that I could see this vessel referenced in scripture. But without the context of what the Lord had shown me, I understood how many could overlook this vessel found in scripture and its importance.
In my search the Lord led me to images of Mary Magdalene holding a red egg. These images can be found in churches around the world. Now me must remember that Mary Magdalene was the first person that Jesus appeared to after His resurrection. And Jesus tells her to gather the disciples in Galilee because He would be ascending to heaven. So we should believe she was present and a witness to His ascension to heaven. See Images below:
I continued my research to see if I find any thing written in the historical record that would explain why Mary Magdalene was holding a red egg. I found a story that said this. After Jesus' ascension to heaven, Mary Magdalene traveled to Rome where she was admitted to the court of Tiberius Cesar. The story says that Her intent was to explain how poorly Pilate had ministered justice at Jesus trial. I am not sure of her intent but the story goes on to say that she brought an egg with her to the trial. Cesar addresses miss Magdalene and says. Where is Jesus He is not in his tomb, where have they put Him? The story says to help explain that He had risen from the dead she held up the egg in the air. Cesar stops her and says, "A man could no more rise from the dead than that egg in your hand turn red". And the story goes on to say that the egg turned red immediately. I submit to you that Mary Magdalene was asked where is Jesus? And she had seen Him ascend to heaven in a particular manner, a vessel clothed in the light of the sun. She held up the egg to describe Jesus' ascension to heaven and that we are truly reborn in to the kingdom of heaven.
As I continued to look for this egg shaped imagery within the Christian faith, the Lord reminded me of the Easter egg hunt. I began to do research to see if I could find where this tradition came from. I was amazed at what I found. Some said that the egg symbolized the empty tomb of Jesus. I certainly could not see that. Some said that the egg symbolized new life. This was easier to understand but still did not answer the question. Why do our children hunt Easter eggs.? The worst of what I have heard is from non-Christians. They say that we continue the tradition of some god named Estore. And worse than this some of us believe it. It is true that we have forgotten the reason for our own Christian tradition and we allow non-Christians to dictate its meaning. Well on this day we have been made to remember. The two angels who stood by in white apparel said He would return in like manner. The disciples witnessed Jesus ascend to heaven in a particular manner. So each year during the Passover they would go out and look up for the return of Jesus in this egg shaped vessel clothed in the light of the sun. And this is where our Christian tradition of the Easter egg hunt comes from.
Now I asked God why He would show me these things? The Word of God answered this question for me.
17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy.
19 I will show wonders in heaven above
And signs in the earth beneath:
Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness,
And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
21 And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the Lord
Shall be saved.’[b]
Now there are men of God that He commissions to seek after Prophecy and to teach. These men have dedicated themselves to the study of Gods word. And the Lord has led me to some of these men that I might hear and learn. The word is deep and not all have come to the understanding of fulfilled prophecy. Is it our pride that keeps a teacher from learning what the Lord shares with another? I have seen this in our teachers, quick to give an opinion and unwilling to hear from another man of God. Do you say in your own hearts why would the Lord share with him and not me? But you do not see that He does share with you through these men that you may know and teach. Teachers, take the time to hear one another and pray and ask and you will see.
